Terms and Conditions of Pilot Courier Ltd Courier Services

General

These terms and conditions govern the use of domestic and international courier and cargo services provided by Pilot Courier Ltd.

By using our services, the customer agrees to be bound by these terms and conditions.

Service Description

Pilot Courier offers courier services for the delivery of parcels and documents to designated locations as requested by the customer.

Acceptance of Shipments

All shipments are subject to inspection by Pilot Courier. We reserve the right to refuse shipments that do not comply with our policies or applicable laws.

Prohibited Items

The following items are prohibited from shipment: hazardous materials, illegal substances, perishable goods without proper packaging and our approval, and items that violate export or import restrictions.

Liability and Claims

Pilot Courier and its associate businesses are liable for loss or damage to shipments while in our possession, subject to limitations outlined herein or by our associate companies if they are the service provider on our behalf.

Claims for lost or damaged items must be filed within one week of delivery.

Shipping Charges

Charges are based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the shipment and the selected service level.

Payment is due IMMEDIATELY upon acceptance of the shipment unless a credit arrangement has been made in advance.

Customs and Duties

For international shipments, the customer is responsible for all customs duties, taxes, and other charges imposed by the destination country.

Delivery

Pilot Courier and its associated businesses will make every reasonable effort to deliver shipments according to our regular delivery schedules, but these are not guaranteed and do not form part of the contract unless a contract is in place.

Privacy Policy

Customer information is collected solely for the purpose of providing courier services and will not be shared with third parties, except as required by law.

Amendments

Pilot Courier reserves the right to amend these terms and conditions at any time without prior notice.
